Magnetic Fluid Conditioning

Magnetic Fluid Conditioning (MFC) is the use of a toolkit that mechanically processes a stream of fluid and gas, using the effect of magnetism, to control the level and prevent the formation of paraffins, salt deposits and emulsions. Using our patented technology, 100% of the well production will be magnetically processed.

 

Solution and Savings

  • When a fluid goes through a magnetic field, it affects the molecules of paraffin and salt deposits in such a way that they do not settle out and do not remain on the equipment
  • This method does not add or exclude anything out of the flow, it changes the structure of what is already in
  • MFC equipment items are also used as a prophylactic mean. MFC helps extend the life of pumps, spears, tubing, piping and other equipment by reducing the formation of salt deposits and paraffin
  • Performance stabilization
  • Reduced downtime and higher net value
  • A month’s cost of flushing with heated oil and/or chemical treatment of downhole equipment will override the cost of one year of operation of the MFC equipment per one well.

The MCF equipment can be both downhole and outdoor.
