The radial plasma cutter manufactured by the American company MCR Oil Tools is by far the safest and most effective pipe cutting tool available in the oil and gas industry. Being manufactured under a patented technology, the radial plasma cutter or RCT™ is used to cut tubing, casing, drill pipe and coiled tubing without using explosive and other hazardous substances, making it one of the safest pipe cutting tools on the market.

 

The use of advanced technologies: a unique nozzle and a powder mixture of metals create a powerful plasma charge that can cut any pipe, regardless of the well conditions. As the RCT cutting mixture does not include explosive or hazardous chemicals, this tool can be delivered to the work area quickly enough, which saves time and associated means, while maintaining compliance with safety requirements.
